0:00 Hi, happy Friday. So, a couple of Museletters ago, I shared about this moment of kind of noticing blockage and flow.

0:13 and giving myself space and that this new idea emerged. And several of you, very kindly, were interested in knowing what the idea is. And I actually am going to share a little bit about it here. In part because, you know, this idea of following energy that, of course, comes through my incredible, wonderful mentor … Hi Staci.

0:35 Staci Boden. This idea of following energy and flowing. You know, following flockage and blow. Haha! Blockage and flow. I'm gonna have to leave that in there. It's too good.

0:46 Is that it can be this, like, deeply practical thing that really helps you in business. And so I want to just share a little bit about my process around this offering that was the idea that came up which is basically to help co-founders and early stage companies.

1:07 figure out how to deal with conflict and disagreements more effectively. And the reason that I think that I'm uniquely positioned to do this, at least in part, is because as some of you might know, I've started two companies with by now husband Jackson.

1:21 And the first one, we started three months after we met and started dating and moved to another city. And I just think that we were interested in things like this, and sort of interpersonal dynamics, and also we're forced to figure a bunch of things out because of the particular dynamics of our companies.

1:41 And, you know, we saw a lot of really good things from that, I think come out in the culture at Job Portraits.

1:47 And, also just in our relationship, which we feel really good about and feel like has gotten stronger and continued to get better and we enjoy being in.

1:57 And so anyway, so I've been pursuing this idea of the cofounder support, with another coach — Hi Mo! — who’s super awesome. And that’s great. We’re researching and talking to cofounders and understanding their needs and figuring that out. And it’s just a little bit of a slower burn. Maybe it doesn’t have to be; that’s something we’re discussing. How can we figure out how to do small parts of it faster, but it’s a little more of a thing to figure out how to find the right buyers for that and position it.

2:30 And, so, I’ve just continued to feel all this energy around this and especially because I've been bringing it to Jackson and we've been talking about it and, like, starting to piece together, like, how did we do these things and what is useful?

2:40 And I've been thinking about this and I've been thinking about this for co-founders here and what are the unique tools that we developed that we can share with other people and it's gotten us excited about thinking about those things again and sort of collaborating again.

2:52 And so I just was having this feeling like, you know, is there some way that I can do some part of this or I can activate some part of this energy?

3:00 That’s just a little faster and easier and something I can do like now. And that would just feel fun and enjoyable and I'd also been wanting to do another workshop like I did at the beginning of the year for people.

3:17 And so, yeah, this idea just popped in to actually do something for couples, which is really the other side of the equation for us.

3:25 And I think that these tools are just as effective for people in committed romantic partnerships as for people in co-founder relationships.

3:33 I really don't think there's a huge difference between those when you get down to the nuts and bolts. And so I decided to put together just like a little three-part workshop.

3:45 I think scheduling is going to be the hardest part. So that's a whole experiment. I’m hoping that I can maybe get a handful at least of partners, of couples, on the calls at the same time within the next couple of months. I know it’s summer and people are traveling and it will be school soon and stuff like that. But I think it’s going to be really fun, and I’m super excited because Jackson is going to come and people will get to see us interact in real time.

4:14 And I made another video, you can learn more about it, I'll link to it below. But yeah, I just kind of wanted to follow up on this idea of, you know, when it feels like there's a lot of energy around something, and then it feels like it's just getting a little slowed down.

4:34 Which is fine, and it's great to hold things for a long time, but I'm curious to see what it'll be like to try and activate, like a little piece of it, right?

4:42 And do a little experiment and see if there's some energy around that too. So if you're interested, I'd love to hear from you.

4:49 Again, there'll be more information around, but thanks again for being on this journey with me.
