0:01 Last time I was here, I felt like I didn't know what to say. Like I felt like I was not sure where anything was going.

0:14 Or what the takeaway was. And now I'm having this experience of feeling like there's too much to say or there's too much going on.

0:24 There's too many insights. Like I feel like over the last couple of weeks I've traveled through so much terrain. Like I've been at the peak of insight and then back down where I'm like, oh, that doesn't mean anything.

0:40 And then at the peak of another one and then somehow they all connect and it's been almost impossible to pull a single thing out to feel like I could share.

0:54 And so what I have just been reflecting on right now that just feels interesting to me is to kind of to look at that process of change.

1:07 And how change happens and how insight happens and what I'm realizing is that I think that’s one of the things that's really interesting to me about this process that I'm trying to capture.

1:20 Is to look at the process of change. Right? How do we change our minds? How do we make decisions in our lives that change our experience?

1:32 What are those, you know, just sort of sudden awarenesses that come in and sort of change our perception or everything for us.

1:39 And the thing that I've just been reminded today and, you know, sort of the last, maybe day or so is that I've often said that change is kind of like an iceberg, right?

1:55 Like, it often feels like it's 90% sort of below the surface. Like, it'll feel, like nothing's happening, right? And it'll specifically feel like nothing's changing.

2:04 Like, nothing's, I don't have the insights. I don't have the clarity. I'm not able to make the decisions. I feel stuck sometimes.

2:13 And then, at least in my experience, it's often after one of those periods where there will suddenly be like a breakthrough or an awareness.

2:22 And what I've come to understand is that that's actually, the change happening is all that time when we like can't see it, don't feel it, and are sure it's not happening and it's never going to happen.

2:34 And so there's actually this thing where like, I can feel now when I get to that point. And I'm like, oh, like why won't this happen?

2:44 And there's like this push energy that's often actually the moment right before the change that's been happening suddenly becomes conscious.

2:58 I suddenly become aware of it consciously that this thing has changed, is changing. So maybe that's kind of what was happening last time.

3:09 Maybe I forgot in the moment, right? So that I could have this remembering. And, and what's interesting too to me is that, There's also this sensation I have sometimes where, like a change will happen or an insight will happen.

3:26 My, my change, my thinking will shift and there's this moment where I'm like, oh, this is the thing. And then I kind of like, dissipates. Or it doesn't dissipate.

3:35 I think what's happening is it's getting integrated back into my subconscious, my life, my body, right, my energy body, all that.

3:46 And so, I think when I made the first one of these Museletters, I happened to be able to catch that moment, kind of at the peak.

3:57 And what I'm noticing now is there's been a bunch of things happening and it's hard to catch it at that moment.

4:04 And I don't know. It's hard to like re-invigorate that energy. Right. To share. After it started, it's a great integration process.

4:18 So I'm just sitting with that and pondering what it might be like to have both the moment. And the integration and maybe some of the learnings here in the space.

4:33 But at the very least right now, I appreciate the clarity that I'm really interested in looking at how change happens and, looking at these moments of change.

4:44 And when our thinking shifts specifically, or we experience shifts and how we move through that in a conscious way. And so, yeah, if there's anything interesting and useful in there, I would love to hear about it.

4:58 Thanks for watching.
